I am moving out of my lovely apartment, as I am returning home.

The bedroom is seriously one of the best deals you will get in PP. It is a really spacious room, has its own ensuite (an actual bath), aircon. It is in a flat with 3 other lovely roomates, 2 guys and one girl, all between 24-28. It is a really safe location, has its own security guard. It is street 29, just attached to PriceWaterCoopers and Java Cafe, so basically central to everythinh happening in PP.

The rent is 137.50 and the utilities are usually 30$ on that. There is a big kitchen, washing machine, tv, balacony all the essentials. It is avaiable from 21st July, but the date is negotiable, if need be.
