Street, however, is quiet on the whole. 1 minute walk to St 278 and surrounding restaurants and bars, and a five minute walk to Independence Monument.

Bedroom has its own bathroom, queen size bed, furniture for holding clothes, fan and air conditioning. As said, rent includes water, electricity, wi-fi internet, cable, and thee days a week maid/laundry/cleaning service. Rent may fluctuate with electricity and internet usage, but not by much.
