Nice one bedroom apartment in BKK1 on street 310 available on July 1st. Fully furnished including washing machine. High ceilings and ceiling fans in every room. Wrap around balcony and windows on front and side provide plenty of natural light, and along with the ceiling fans have kept my A/C off all year. Great neighbors all around and the Landlady on ground floor is friendly and helpful and has been very quick to fix any problems I’ve had.
