So, can I drive my left hand drive, Cambodian registered car to Thailand? I've seen cars registered in other countries drive in thailand before (although it was a rally).

If so, I have a couple questions:

-How long/often can I do this?
-What is the process?
-What are these ASEAN plates? Do they allow me to drive through all the ASEAN countries?
-Will my Cambodia or International Drivers license suffice?
