Dream up is conveniently located just 200 meters to the right if you come out of Meta House (Goethe Institut). They servey a variety of Russian, Khmer, and Chinese Cuisine. The dishes are reasonably prices and servings are big. Also they serve here real Russian Standard vodka ( I suggest you buy the bottle instead of per shot), you save a lot more. I suggest you try their barbecue. The serving is big and comes with a free draught beer. Sometimes some pretty Russian chicks and guys hang out here. So go check it out.

On Friday nights you can jam with the band. Anyone who thinks he has some musical talent can play and is welcome. The atmosphere is very wholesome. This is a not a place for "working girls". If you want to hear some Russian music, simply request the owner Sergey. The staff are extra friendly and speak good English. The crowd that comes here is very international and most of them knows how to speak more than two languages fluently. It would also be a good venue for "Sprachkaffe", where polyglots meet.

This is also a good alternative to internet cafes after 6 when EZCOM closes. Besides with draught beer that costs 75 cents, what better deal could you get?
