Construction Project Manager Sou Ching Port
Description of the job position
According to the instructions of his superiors hierarchical, construction project manager will be in charge of controlling team leaders, workers to do their jobs in order to complete the project.
Duties
- Planning and coordinating to ensure the job is completed in time
- Controlling the attendant and the reporting
- Controlling expenses (diesel, materials, equipments…)
- Controlling and coaching the team leaders ( overseeing meetings)
- Reporting results
- Identify, investigate and solve the problems (in accordance to hierarchical)
- Monitoring the rules application
- Follow the programs made by the construction controller and heavy equipment controller to ensure the construction process.
- Ensure that equipment, tools are in proper state of maintenance
- Oversee recruitments of workers
Khmer / French or English require
