You will be joining the multi-disciplinary team of Friends-International (FI) comprised of over 600 professionals committed to creating innovative social service for youth, children and families worldwide.

What will you do?
As a Social Business Communications Advisor your mission will be to support young people in gaining skills for employment by increasing the visibility of TREE Alliance (Training Restaurants for Entrepreneurship and Employment).

This includes having six restaurants on your radar operating in Cambodia and Laos.

Your responsibilities as a SOCIAL BUSINESS COMMUNICATIONS ADVISOR will include the following:
• Build a common brand identity for all restaurants of FI’s TREE Alliance
• Manage all printed and online communication tools & actions of promotion/events
• Lead the work of graphic designers
• Build a common communication plan, the social media strategy and drive the implementation
• Build capacity of local teams to implement communication plan and advise them on communication and merchandising ideas
• Engage local and international media in our work
• Manage customer feedback, analyze trends and patterns and derive recommendations for TREE operations team

About you:
• You have excellent knowledge in communications and business
• You are a dynamic leader with a strong innovative business mindset able to bring positive change within a social business framework
• You have experience in leading communication campaigns and material production
• You have great passion for social media
• You are a native English speaker or English language doesn’t have any secret for you
• Your skills in graphic design would be a plus!

You will be our full time staff based in Phnom Penh.

Salary and benefits will be commensurate with qualifications and experiences.
