Currently we are searching for a French national product & customer service manager, who will be in charge of the production research as well as of the quality follow-up concerning French clients.

Duties

* PRODUCT RESEARCH:
o Find, test/find/create new products/tours/ tourism services throughout Cambodia
o Constantly scan and report tourism related news concerning Cambodia

* PRODUCTION:
o Presentation of findings to the sales team
o Find solutions upon special requests
o Support Marketing upon request

* PRODUCT QUALITY MANAGEMENT:
o Constantly screen the quality of service providers
o Take appropriated action if those fail to deliver the demanded

* PRODUCT CONSULTING:
o Support sales team with product knowledge

* CUSTOMER SERVICE:
o Constantly check with clients if services meet their demand
o Take appropriated action if services do not meet clients demands
o Handle emergency cases

* OTHER DUTIES:
o Upon management request

Requirements

* French National
* English speaking
* Flexible and hard working
* Willing to travel
* Creative and customer service minded
* Able to use Microsoft Office applications

Other Requirements (beneficial)

* Experience in the field of tourism
* A deep knowledge about Cambodia as a tourist destination
* Experience with Adobe applications
