A large manufacturing company in the suburbs of Phnom Pehn is seeking a local Cambodian HR Generalist / Manager to join their evolving team as a leading HR person on site with departments reporting directly to you.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Professional, to join an exciting organisation that is undergoing significant change. You will be joining the organisation at a time where you will be involved in a positive change agenda. As the HR Manager you will have both operational and strategic elements to the position.

The HR Manager is responsible for building employee and organisational excellence through managing HR aspects of the business such as industrial relations, performance management, staffing and employee development. You will be expected to apply and build on organisational development tools and processes to improve the work environment and build the team.

As HR Manager you will be expected to maintain advancement planning processes for the manufacturing function to ensure quality input and follow-up on commitments. You will need to maintain and improve performance management systems focussing on both process and content providing multi-sided support to internal customers to accomplish efficient performance reviews.

You will be participating in headcount planning to monitor and ensure consistency in grading positions in order to reward appropriately and conduct salary reviews in alignment with company strategies. Provision of high-quality learning opportunities for employees, supporting management and the preparation and implementation of organisational changes will also fall to you.

The candidate for this role will need to have solid experience within an industry environment as a HR specialist/ generalist with the ability to implement organisational changes. You will need to have confidence to operate in an autonomous role with planning, problem solving, strategic, conceptual and analytical skills and the ability to drive continuous improvement.

US$300-500 per month (depending on qualifications, skills and experience)
