Duties Include:
* Greeting customers and explain the product features and specifications of our electric motorcycles with the goal of getting a sale
* Being pro-active in seeking out new sales
* Generally looking after customers and other duties
* Keeping motorcycles clean and well displayed for selling
* Record keeping of activity as directed and as required
* Perform administration functions as required including accounting record keeping and handling telephone enquiries
* Process sales fully including printing invoice & pre-delivery checks with customers
Personal Requirements
* Cambodian female aged 19 - 26
* The most important requirement is that you are great at selling!
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration or Accounting
* Very Good English and Khmer both written and spoken
* Great personality with a positive attitude and the ability to sell and get results
* Ability to do what it takes to meet deadlines and complete tasks
* Must be able to convince people of the benefits of our products
* Must learn new things quickly and think quickly in any situation
* Being honest, hard-working, healthy and a mature attitude
* Ability to learn new things quickly and think quickly in any situation
* Experience in sales of automobiles or motorcycles is an advantage
* Good understanding of motorcycles particularly electric motorcycles is an advantage
* Must believe and understand why electric motorcycles are better than petrol motorcycles

As a career sales manager, can i recommend you delete ;
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration or Accounting
That qualification will be about as useful as tits on a bull for a sales person. Either they know how to close or they don't. I am going to suggest that a 19-26yr old candidate will have minimal experience.
THE KID
KID, you are absolutely right of course. The main reason for the requirement (guide as all so called requirements always are), is more the administration side of things. The role will likely be more specialised as time goes on, but for now is a little multiskilled and mutlitasked. They will not be bored sitting there waiting for a sale to walk in the door as I see in so many places not just here but anywhere. Besides, having backup tits on a bull would probably help the whole bovine family.
