As part of our business expansion, we are seeking qualified and motivated candidates to fulfill the position: Sales & Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
* Develops business activities and research marketing opportunities in Cambodia
* Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, evaluating, advertising, and promoting trade programs.
* Manages sales staff: planning job expectations; monitoring, and reviewing staff performance
* Establishes and implement sales plans, forecasts projected business and sets sales targeted
* Identifies key opportunities and competition
* Improves products marketability, profitability, and quality of services
* Visits and meet potential customers to lobby new project
* Analyses sale reports and propose strategies accomplish sale target

Requirement
* Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing or Business Management.
* Minimum 5 years experience in Marketing or Business Management.
* Good Communication skills
* Must be fluent in English
* Must have Management and leadership skills
* Some experience with electronic equipment and computer software
* Honest, self-starter, pro-active attitude and willing to take challenge
