NRG89fm is seeking an aggressive sales executive to take business to the next level.

NRG89fm is Cambodia’s 1st 24 hour music radio station, a Cambodian owned business with experienced expatriate media management.
NRG89fm believes in empowering Khmer nationals to grow with them.

NRG89fm is a team-oriented, creative workplace where we develop relevant solutions that meet our clients' changing advertising needs. The broadcast industry has changed dramatically over the last several years and we're looking for creative, sales focused and passionate people to help us reinvent the way we do business to help us attract new listeners and advertisers. We are accepting resumes for sales positions. As a media sales representative, you will acquire an understanding of our business and sales goals and then pro-actively identify opportunities and solutions to increase account performance. You will sell airtime to clients in the Phnom Penh and surrounding provinces where we broadcast to over 5000 000 listeners a day.

The ideal candidate is energetic, has a history of exceeding sales quotas, is metrics driven, and is capable of maintaining a pipeline of business. You must be comfortable making a high volume of phone calls, managing relationships simultaneously and working in a fast-paced team environment. No two days are the same here at NRG89fm!

Ability to interact at all levels of an organization, as well as cross functionally. Problem-solving skills and proven sales track record. Our multi-media sales representative's compensation is a base plus commission program. Income potential is unlimited based on outstanding achievement. Duties
* Build and retaining excellent relationships with customers
* Checking and following-up sales activities to achieve sales targets
* Analyzing the market, including competitors and consumers
* Collecting customer feedback and keeping up to date with products and competitors
* Preparing sales reports for senior management
* Maintain full records of opportunities, tasks and visits
* Strong commitment to achieve target sales
* At least 2-years experiences in media sales or similar industry
* Work independently to plan activities leading to strong sales growth
* Initiate new ideas with regards to promotions and sales techniques
* Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers
* Negotiating the terms of an agreement and being able to close
* Reviewing your own sales performance, with an aim to exceed targets
Requirements
* Passionate about the media and in particular fm radio
* Excellent phone skills and comfortable making cold calls
* Proven track record of over-achievement
* Strong work ethic and organizational skills
* Proactive and passion to win
* Good at planning, leadership, communication, and problem solving skills
* Able to work under pressure, honest, reliability and initiative
* Computer literacy (PowerPoint, Ms. Word/ Excel)
* Willing to learn and grow in the career with NRG89fm
* Good communication (written and oral), organizational and time management skills
* Ability to prioritize opportunities and tasks
* Good negotiation, problem solving, innovative and persuasive skills
* Good networking skills and dealings with a wide variety of customers and companies especially networking with NGOs, Government Official and the private sector.
* Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
* Those who have a strong personal network with media agencies would be advantage
* Experience with radio advertising or the media industry is desirable
* Own transport
* Ability to work under pressure, under own initiative and work as part of a team
* Willingness to learn and ability to share knowledge
* Highly self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills
* Cambodian nationality, male or female
* Good command of MS office
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales environment
* Valid drivers license
* Have the zeal and motivation to pursue and canvass for new sales
* Able to provide quality service and support to customers at all times
* Enjoy meeting people with warm and outgoing personality
