Back in 2005 we started Kaliyan Mith Siem Reap program that runs a holistic social reintegration program for children and youth. These services are supported by our social businesses allowing us to reduce our donor dependency and increase our financial sustainability.
We are seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Sales and Marketing Advisor, to work closely with our social business teams and build their capacity.

Position overview
You will be in charge of developing and implementing sales and marketing plans aiming at maximizing profitability of FI Kaliyan Mith program social businesses:
• Marum, the vocational training restaurant
• Shop outlets selling home based production lines
• Phka Kravan beauty vocational training shop
• Motor mechanic training garage

The SALES AND MARKETING ADVISOR will:
• Work on maximizing sales and profitability of existing social businesses
• Provide ongoing support and build capacity of the local Social Business team
• Maintain consistent relationships with existing partners and expand partner network
• Ensure all social businesses have necessary and up-to-date communication and marketing materials
• Develop and improve visibility of the businesses through media coverage
• Support the team in analyzing sales and customers data/feedback and derive recommendations
• Coordinate market research, surveys and benchmarks based on program needs
• Identify new sales development opportunities for the program
• Provide consistent input regarding product development and participate in the new product development process

We would like you to have the following:
• A degree in Management, Business Administration or International Business
• Strong interest in social business sector
• Minimum 2 years experience in marketing and sales or business development, food & beverage or retail industry is a plus
• Excellent skills with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, design packages are a plus
• Excellent skills in spoken and written English
• Strong analytical skills, ability to work independently, problem solving abilities
