Job Description (Duties and Responsibilities)
To manage clients and candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment process from beginning to end of the recruitment cycle.
Work within Recruitment team to place staff within client companies and create revenue for HR Inc.
Networking and sourcing new candidates on a day-to-day basis
Screening CV’s to match client Job Specifications
Interviewing of candidates on a daily basis to ensure the pipeline of candidates is being built on a daily basis.
Providing feedback to candidate and candidate preparation for interviews with clients as well as general career counseling
Management of a database of 1500 screened candidates
Manage all recruitment clients for HR INC (both local, national and regional clients)
Client list includes multi-nationals, leading NGO’s and new investors entering the market.
Recruitment activities including candidate process, screening, short-listing, interviewing, and evaluating
Coordinate clients' interview process and following up with clients and candidates.
Management and interviewing for recruitment pipeline and analysts work.
Ensure that candidate information is managed in database and available to access in folder
Provide input for Recruitment Consultant on recruitment revenues and client spreadsheets of open positions
Providing career counselling and advices to candidates on job search skills such as writing CVs and preparation for interviews to candidates.
Draft Advertisement to announce both Khmer and English news for the positions as required from clients and HR Inc including coordination between clients and news agency and some admin.
Develop Interview Guides for vacant roles that match the clients Job Description
Develop and draft the test for candidates to conduct as required from clients, project, develop marking sheet and mark some test
Develop the interview pack for the client relating to the requirement from project and client.

Job Requirements (Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes)
Recent Graduate with Human Resources (HR) or Tourism Degree
1-2 years work experience in customer focussed industry including human resources, customer service, retail or hospitality industry.
Excellent communication skills including Good English language skills
Friendly and warm personality
