The Hotel
New 70-room hotel next to Phnom Penh’s Royal Palace, due to open in November 2011, with modern design, large exotic gardens, a 20m swimming pool, fine restaurant, two bars, fitness and spa.

The Job
Preparation for the hotel opening, establish a retro-planning ensuring the facility is operational on time. Conduct sales and marketing towards Travel Agencies, setup Internet Distribution Systems, direct online booking system and room management software. Recruit staff and supervise the training.
Conduct all daily operation, supervise the staff and accounting, insure highest quality standards, coordinate with partner the food and beverage outlets report to owners, suggest strategic and action plans.

Personal Background
• Aged 35 to 50, extremely available.
• Previous successful leading position in similar size hotel.
• Previous experience of a business opening or re-launching.
• Solid understanding of tourism market trends, new communication and booking tools, online social networks.
• Personally interested in international leisure traveling.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team of over 100 staff.
• Passionate about Customer Service.
• Able to manage budgets and control costs.
• Extremely well organized, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks.
• Fluent in English. French, Khmer or Chinese being a plus.
