Job Description (Duties and Responsibilities)
Input in the design of each development will also be required, so AutoCAD skills are essential. The successful candidate will work directly with western owner, so excellent English comprehension is mandatory - written and verbal. So too is an understanding and experience in property development in overseas markets as well as Cambodia. The role requires someone whose well educated and
experienced, but also dynamic and motivated to develop/build world class properties in Cambodia.
You need to be hard working and diligent, while passionate about your profession and building in general.

Full time Architectural Engineer required for rapidly growing real estate developer. Based in Phnom Penh, the successful candidate will work alongside world class architects on building sites in Phnom
Penh and Sihanoukville/Islands to oversee construction - acting as a project manager - on a range of
property developments.

Degree from overseas university in Architectural Engineering
Experience working in property development in overseas markets as well as Phnom Penh - min 5 years experience
