Starting in August 2011, Footprints School requires a primary school teacher and a prek teacher for the new school year.

These are both part time, morning only positions, starting in August/September.

Teachers teach a compact but full curriculum, including math, science, language arts, social studies, and a bit of art and drama.

Preschool teachers are encouraged to use a hands on, play based approach to early childhood education.

To enjoy teaching at Footprints, candidates should be flexible and patient, with a high level of self motivation. Candidates should work well as part of a small team, and be willing to contribute to the process of registration which Footprints is undergoing.

Salary is paid on a local scale for qualified Expatriate teachers working part time.
Jobs Requirement
For Primary Grade teachers -

Bachelors degree in Elementary Education,
Teacher registration in home country preferred.
Experience teaching preferred but new teachers encouraged to apply

PreK position - experience working with PreK in play based setting.

All teachers -
English as a first language
Enthusiasm for working with young children
High levels of patience and creativity.
Works well as part of a small team.

Police/background check from home country imperative.
