This position is all about ensuring the smooth running and operation of the 1961 Co-working and Art Space, and is not for the faint hearted. The role forms an integral part of the leadership team, and you will be provided with the tools to get your work done. Requirements:
Essential:
Experience in operations management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Khmer
Experience in supervising small teams
Strong problem resolution skills
Ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines
Team player, but with ability to use initiative and work independently

Desired:
Qualifications in a business related field
Experience in bookkeeping practices and/or processes
Event management experience
Experience working and/or living in an international environment
