Your Role and Responsibilities
As the M&E Manager for the Sanitation Marketing Program, you will be responsible for the program research design, execution, and data analysis.

Your Qualifications
University degree in science, rural development , statistics or other relevant areas with 5+ years work experience.
Experience in marketing/consumer research and sanitation is an plus.
Experience:  Managing teams  Working in a multi-functional and multi-cultural team  Planning and organizing  Training and mentoring  Scheduling and report writing  Managing budgets and project expenses  Working with databases and statistical analysis software (SPSS, Access, SQL, etc.)  Developing and testing surveys  Facilitating focus groups  Analyzing and interpreting data  Technical report writing in English
Skills:  Leadership and mentorship  Critical thinking and problem solving  Excellent spoken and written English  Intermediate to advanced computer abilities with MS Office, E-mail, and Internet
Personal qualities:  Collaborative and thrives in a team environment  Excited by and open to new ideas and new ways of doing things  Organized and self-starter
