Well, if you can not find 100% native, you may find someone experiences teaching English, sound quality as native speaker.
One word for you: DOESN'T MEAN SOMEONE WAS BORN IN USA OR ENGLAND CAN SPEAK BETTER. Think it again, AMERICANS, BRITISH, AUSTRALIANS HAVING ACCENT. Choose the one with the clearest voice.
