The office of sub-recipient for the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria

The National AIDS Authority (NAA) is designated as the Sub-recipient to receive grant from PR/NCHADS on behalf of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM) Round 7 for HIV/AIDS Component. The NAA invite applications from qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the position of:

1. A Short Term Consultant to develop the training tool and training curriculum to support the capacity building to NAA Technical working Group
2. A Consultant to national HIV/AIDS policy assessment and audit
3. A Coordinator to work as Government-Development Partner Joint Technical Working Group on HIV/AIDS

It is highly recommended that interested applicants shall obtain the full detailed Term of Reference (TOR) for the post before submission of their applications. The full TOR can be requested from the SR office by email or directly contacting the SR office or visit www.naa.org.kh; detail address is provided below. Applicants without prior knowledge of TOR will not be accepted.

Applications for the post without relevant qualifications and less number of years of relevant working experience (than indicated in the TOR) and without prior request for the full TOR from the office of the SR will be excluded from the short-listing process. Cambodian Nationals are eligible to apply.
