Mr. Ti is a great motorbike driver, who is very trustworthy, safe in the traffic, and is always on time. He has worked for me 5 days per week for US$ 80 per month, but he can even work 7 days per week for that if needed. He asks Khmer New Year and Water Festival off as national holidays, but he is willing to work all other holidays.

He speaks only Khmer, but this has not been problem: Even with my limited knowledge of 10 words in Khmer we managed to communicate just fine (sometimes with translation support of my colleagues .

He has quite some experience driving around expats, as he drove me safely for the past 1.5 years and worked for an American girl for a year before that. This work has been really good for him and his family. About 6 months ago he managed to pay off his old bike and got a loan to buy a new motorbike.
