Description In the suburb of Phnom Penh, The Cambodian Country Club is an oasis in the city. The Club provides its Members a private Club experience, offering the very best in outdoor sports, dining, and social activities.

POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Responsible for the development, and implementation of a Club's marketing and sales objectives, programs, market research, concept positioning, promotion and public relations, and to meet or exceed Membership performance objectives related to the club main activities such as Membership drives, Events , Seminars and Hotel accommodations
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Marketing-Sale Financial budget
• Marketing –Sale action plan- action and achievement
• Market Research- Market Creation – Market Target
• Membership development : Attract new membership - maintain and increase its numbers
• Public Relations
• Creation of all collateral documentation ( included IT materials) and contract for membership and sales programs
• Represents the Club in community activities and organizations (i.e., Chamber of Commerce) to provide community awareness of the Club and to develop sources for prospective Club Members.
• Interfaces with the Club Management and staff: Manage-coordinate -collaborate and be present at any event in order to ensure the clients are receiving the best in term of the quality of the services.

Requirements
WORK EXPERIENCE
2 years in previous Marketing-Sales experience (Membership drive will be a plus)

EDUCATION
Degree in business, marketing, public relations, communications, hotel /restaurant preferred, fluent in English.
