Market Development Assistant (1 position)
Responsibilities:
• Assist with developing the market for client or company.
• Focus on growing existing accounts and acquiring new clients.
• Make sales presentations to the clients.
• Generate and describe creative, results-focused marketing concepts to a diverse client base.
• Present samples to the client.
• Evaluate demographics, prices, distribution channels, and marketing outlets.
• Meet with clients to ascertain marketing goals.
• Conduct secondary research, including finding information from industry associations, statisticians and marketing experts.
• Generate reports that analyze competition and customers.
• Offer insights about product potentials.
• Be familiar with advanced statistical analysis and research methodologies, along with common computer programs.
• Able to travel abroad, mainly to attend the exhibition in the UK/USA.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Foreigner only (preferably Westerner).
• Experienced with production or factory industries.
• Be familiar with the leather goods, wood, and footwear garment industry.
• Management and leadership skill.
• Good English both speaking and writing (Vietnamese, Chinese or French is a plus).
• Able to relocate in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
