Sociaven Co Ltd is a company registered in Cambodia which invests in businesses with a social mission. It currently owns businesses in the training & consulting (The Capacity Specialists) and garment sectors (Anne Noelle Bridal and Anne Noelle Fashion Workroom).


Sociaven Co Ltd and its businesses are looking to grow further in the local and international markets, and is now looking for an experienced marketer and business developer to fill the position of Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager is a fulltime position and reports to the Directors of Sociaven Co Ltd.

The objectives of the role include:

• Drive revenue growth for Sociaven and its businesses
• Lead the development of marketing strategies and plans for Sociaven and its businesses
• Identify and develop new opportunities for expanding Sociaven and its businesses


The main tasks of the role are as follows:
• Guide and assist Sociaven Business Managers in implementing marketing, promotional and sales strategies
• Build networks and relationships for the benefit of growing Sociaven businesses
• Identify potential arrangements / partnerships with external parties to further develop Sociaven and its businesses
• Regularly review marketing, promotional & sales strategies to ensure they remain effective
• Coach and motivate Sociaven Business Managers to improve sales of Sociaven products and services


• Degree qualified in business related field such as marketing or management
• Demonstrated experience in business development, marketing or sales in a consumer and business environment
• Ability to interact and build strong relationships with all levels / types of people
• Well-developed negotiation and persuasion skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in preparing and delivering presentations
• Ability to identify problems and come up with innovative and creative solutions
• Ability to develop new ideas and identify and analyse new market opportunities
• Ambitious and looking for long-term opportunities
• Self-motivated and results oriented
• Own transport
