Looking for Consulting Work, Employment

I am an American expatriate living in Phnom Penh for the past two years. I am looking for consulting work in Phnom Penh. I have over 20 years of experience working in fundraising/development/research in New York City (10 years at Columbia University), as well as cultural organizations, hospitals and NGO’s (UNICEF, IAVI). I am looking for writing assignments, editing jobs, or general development/fundraising assignments.
I have a University degree, some CELTA training and have done some teaching and lecturing in the United States, and have excellent writing and research skills.

You shouldn't have any trouble finding work, you have a university degree. Most of the people responsible for hiring only care about that and not experience. I am sure you posses both, but my experience in this part of the world has been more like the first part. Good Luck
