Legal and Compliance Manager

The Legal and Compliance Manager will provide legal advisory services to the Management team and ensure that operational and commercial activities of the Company are in line with applicable laws and legislations. He/she will prepare quality regulatory submissions, as well as provide Corporate Secretariat services to the Company.

Requirements for this position are as follows:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business or any relevant field; a Corporate Law degree is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years legal and compliance experience in a managerial / directorial capacity
- With strong commercial and legal understanding of the telecommunications business
- With good knowledge of Cambodia’s laws and legislations, especially those applicable to Cellcard
- A self-starter with keen initiative and excellent interpersonal skills
- With strong analytical, negotiation and evaluative skills
- Exercises sound decision making and judgment
