Marie Stopes International Cambodia a leading reproductive health service with clinics throughout Cambodia, is looking for an international consultant to work for 6 months as a programme support manager and technical adviser in behaviour change communication.

The position will include:
- Building capacity of the national project team in project management and behaviour change communication.
- Developing monitoring and evaluation systems.
- supporting financial management, donor reporting and donor liaison.

Candidates with
- +5 years experience managing donor supported projects (especially EU and GF).
- relevant qualifications in communications, international development, public health or marketing.
- Experience in training, coaching and capacity building of national teams.
- experience working in Cambodia or other developing country.
