Head of Sales and Marketing Department:

Responsibilities:

• To develop marketing campaigns to promote product, service or idea.
• Arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials.
• Drive profitable growth of company business through active management of a sales pipeline. Must be able to successfully turn opportunities into sales.
• Recruit, train and lead/manage the sales team in achieving the Company’s sales target.
• Build the organization's knowledge of markets and key segments.
• Build the team's understanding and use of key marketing tools, such as: segmentation, and value proposition.
• To build rapport with business partners and promote the image of the company and its associated products and services. Liaise with relevant bodies, suppliers and providers to identify new business opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with technical team on managing new product introductions and technology development.
• Continuously assess market trends, technical developments and competitive environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in field of Management / Marketing. Advanced degree a plus.
• Those with technical or science qualification would be an added advantage.
• Five years experience in management.
• Good strategic marketing background would be an advantage.
• Demonstrated success in profitably growing an industrial business.
• Good leadership and people management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for business purpose.
• Self driven and highly motivated individuals are most preferred.
• Possess excellent written, spoken and presentation skills in English.
• Good interpersonal skills, customer and service oriented.
