We are a licensed Bank offering a full range of retail and commercial banking products and services. In line with our expansion strategy, we invite suitable and qualified applicants for the position of Head – Cards and Electronic Services
The successful candidate will report to Senior Management and is responsible and accountable for the overall implementation, management, operation and performance of the Credit Cards and Electronic Services division of the Bank. In addition, he or she will play a leading role in the business development of the Card and E-Services offerings of the Bank.

REQUIREMENT
The Essential Requirements for the position are:
Has a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Management or IT;
With at least 5 years supervisory/managerial experience in credit cards and electronic payment systems in a bank;
With experience in and a strong understanding of operations of credit cards, ATMs, electronic services and/or cash management services;
With good contacts and network with people in the credit-card related industry, POS payment terminals, networking equipment and payment solutions;
With a strong command of written and verbal English and Khmer. Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage;
Possesses excellent project management skills and communication skills;
IT literate;
Personable, driven, innovative and exercises sound judgment
