Hello fellow expats and Cambodian participants in this forum. Thanks for taking two minutes to read this post.

My ten-month-old daughter needs a genuine child caretaker/nanny. By this, I mean someone who understands child development and can perhaps cook healthy age-appropriate food combinations. I've found Cambodian nannies I have tried to be little more than babysitters.

So far I have tried three young women who are graduates of PSE's two-year childcare program, and, without going into details publicly, none have given me much confidence, much less impressed me.

If you know of an experienced nanny or you are yourself an experienced nanny who is available full-time, can provide some clear working references, cook some, and speak English to my daughter, please PM me or reply to this post. I will pay one of the better going salaries to someone with demonstrable skills and a good heart.
