Serving Asian Fusion Cuisine, Metro Rahu is looking for a General Manager to help us grow. The General Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant, including the selection, development and performance management of employees. In addition, they oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, optimize profits and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Excels at customer service and creating relationships with customers.
• Strong leader who creates and motivates the team.
• Possesses good communication skills to deal with a wide range of staff.
• Excellent at problem solving. Able to plan and think creatively.
• Works well under pressure.
• Able to work independently.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in F&B with 1 year as a manager.
• At least a high school education.
• Background in fine dining operations and VIP services an asset.
• Strong in written and spoken English. Spoken Khmer an asset.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
