OC Boutique Hotel presents a Lobby Lounge, free internet (Wi-Fi), Conference room up to 200pax. Now we are seeking for individual dynamic candidate to fill up the position Front desk Executive, based in Sihanouk Ville, Cambodia.

FRONT DESK EXECUTIVE
=====================
Work as a customer service representative, guest services associate, reservations clerk, or receptionist, a front desk agent is the hospitality industry equivalent of a restaurant host. The main responsibility of a front desk agent is to meet the needs of all guests staying with the hotel.

Requirements
=====================
- Foreign nationality
- Female age (25-35)
- Bachelor Degree or related field is preferred
- Answering phones from agent or customer
- Booking reservations
- Responding to emails and electronic reservations
- Greeting guests upon entry to the hotel
- Checking in new guests and checking out guests
- Answering questions, and providing any necessary services to ensure a customer satisfaction
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Be able to operate, MS office, Word and Excel, internet and Email
- Good personality and good attitude
- Honesty, hard working and patient
- Willing to work flexible time & work under pressure
