Friends-International (FI), a global social enterprise working with marginalized people to build better futures for them, has an exciting opportunity for the right person to join their Partnership Program for the Protection of Children (3PC) Team.

3PC is an innovative and exciting partnership between FI, UNICEF, the Ministry of Social Affairs, Veteran and Youth Rehabilitation, and nine civil-society organisations. We are seeking for two qualified consultants (national or international) to join the development of this project.

Summary of the positions
The Children in Emergencies Consultant will oversee the development of guidelines for child protection in emergencies and develop a training module and other resources.
He/she will be responsible for:
• Production of guidelines concerning child protection in emergencies.
• Training modules produced.
• Information, Education Communications (IEC) material concerning children in emergencies developed.
• Public awareness materials produced.
• Rapid Assessment forms and information gathering tools developed.

The Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant will oversee the review of existing M&E processes, and the development of plans and resources for improved monitoring and evaluation across the program.
He/she will be responsible for:
• M&E and log frame review across the program
• Harmonization of indicators across all intervention logic levels
• Production of reports and series of recommendations on improved M&E systems
• Development of basic M&E training.
