The Restaurant WINE COLLECTION in Phnom Penh
is looking for his “French cuisine Chef”.

We propose to work in a beautiful setting including a Wine Shop (12000 bottles of Bordeaux), Wine Bar, Humidor, VIP Lounge Bar, and a 60-seat restaurant with private rooms.
You will be positioned in the kitchen and will be responsible for supervising the team. Concern for customer satisfaction is a major focus.

You will be responsible for the quality of work, followed the data sheets, hygiene, purchasing and orders, inventory management.

You will be able to adhere to the spirit “home” while putting passion and creation on the menu!

You will work in collaboration with other services.
Depending on your experience you may need to support a broader direction.
