FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• To manage and have overall responsibility for all financial and administrative functions of CPS.
• To manage cash flow ensuring sufficient funds are available for the operations in Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Laos and Thailand.
• Oversee day to day supervision of accounting function, including submission of local taxation calculations and returns.
• To prepare monthly financial reports for the managing director with narrative explanations and analysis.
• To monitor and supervise inventory control.
• To prepare progress billings on various projects.
• To define and develop Company internal rules and regulations.
• Other duties as may be required from time to time by the managing director.

REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent an advantage.
• More than 3 years working experience in a finance role, preferably in an international environment.
• Excellent command of English both oral and in writing.
• Knowledge of Peachtree accounting software.
