Kunthea has five years experience working with expats (Germans/Australians), is reliable, honest and has initiative. She speaks, reads and writes English (can read your notes!) and has completed Level 4 at the Australian Centre for Education (ACE), keeps excellent shopping accounts and will put your maths to shame.

Being serious foodlies, we have invested a lot of time developing her cooking skills during her 18 months with us and she is adept at cooking a range of Thai and Malaysian curries and specialitydishes as well as Vietnamese and Cambodian food some Japanese and melt in your mouth banana cake. She knows all the specialty shops including organics and wine. More recently, she has become familiar with adapting recipes for gluten and fructose free diets....
