Director of Administration and Finance

VBNK is a dynamic Cambodian learning organisation at the forefront of capacity development. VBNK works with a wide range of civil society, public and private sector organisations so that they can contribute more effectively to the social development sector.
The Director of Administration and Finance (AFU) is a key member of VBNK's management team and contributes to the overall mission of VBNK. S/he guides the organisation on all issues related to its programme support and control functions by ensuring high performance in the areas of Finance, Administration, Human Resource Management, Procurement & Logistics and IT.
This position requires substantial management experience in finance and administration in a senior capacity in an international organisation and must have a minimum of B. Accounting or Commerce/Economics.
