• Degree/equivalent experience in communications and/or visual media with at least 5 years experience developing web-based and video media, including examples

• At least 3 years professional experience using video cameras, film and digital media
• Demonstrated digital editing experience and IT skills including web design, examples to be provided at interview
• Khmer and English language skills
• Attention to detail and willingness to work within short deadlines
• Suitable up to date video and sound recording equipment a must
• Experience working with international team highly regarded

Responsibilities:
The successful candidates will work directly with Cambodia’s
leading human resources company, HRINC to develop 20 e-learning modules.
The development team will be based at HRINC’s offices in Phnom Penh. The
team will build a training and development framework, story boards, scripts,
videos, and web-based learning materials. HRINC will provide relevant subject
matter expertise, IT infrastructure, locations and actors for the materials.
