Deputy Chief Financial Officer

The Deputy Chief Financial Officer will support the CFO in executing all operational activities for Finance including accounting, financial control, financial reporting, management reporting, business planning, budgeting and forecasting. He/she will conduct tactical strategic planning for Finance and drive ongoing cost initiatives that ensure Cellcard operates efficiently and in line with Corporate Governance measures.

Requirements for this position are as follows:

- Preferably with ACCA/CPA qualification
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience in a managerial / directorial capacity
- With strong tax and treasury skills, as well as knowledge of IFRS, SOX and fraud detection/prevention
- With a dynamic and resilient personality, having the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- With excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to represent the Company to external parties
- Highly computer literate with advanced Excel skills and an appreciation of complex IT applications
and infrastructure
- Mature and with strong negotiation skills
