Customer Relation and Training Officer with VisionFund Cambodia

We are seeking a qualified Cambodian national to fill the position of Customer Relation and Training Officer.

He/She is to assist Product and Customer Service Manager to ensure that VisionFund (Cambodia) provides good customer service to its clients. This will include responding to queries from clients and visitors and coordinating and communicating customer service plans, policies, and procedures to all staff.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Work closely with Product and Customer Service Manager to develop customer service guidelines;
* Communicate customer service guidelines to VisionFund staff
* Ensure that all staff follow customer service guidelines
* Work closely with Product and Customer Service Manager to conduct regular surveys on client satisfaction and suggest recommendation for improvement
* Be a good model of customer service for other staff
* Act as a marketing agent to promote VisionFund brand name
* Act as a receptionist for VisionFund with tasks including guiding clients and visitors to meet their target people and respond to queries from clients and visitors
* Act as key trainer on customer services related training courses.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

* Good customer relation and communication skill
* Fresh graduate or university students
* Prior experience in working at hotel is an advantage.
* Good presentation and teaching skills.
* Good understanding of spoken and written English
