I am looking to take on a couple of local employees for a telco compay based in Phnom Penh as follows:

Product and Services Manager

Manage the Product & Services department with responsibilities in different product areas for both the consumer and the business market. Secure the life-cycle management of a high quality product portfolio consisting of products such as PAYG & Contract/Business, Voice, Data & Messaging and SIM-cards & Numbering. Supervise the qb online services, including product components for Internet, Intranet, Self-care and Content Portal. Liaise with the IT and Network departments to secure a successful implementation of the agreed product roadmap.

In House Designer

Execute in-house design requirements across marketing collateral and promotional requirements.
Help to manage the website and internal communications to maintain overall look and feel and up-to-date information and designs.
Understand the brand style, look and feel and maintain consistency and adherence across all materials.
Assist in managing and quality control on colour proof and design accuracy for all marketing production items.

Must be fluent english speaking

Does "local" employee mean khmer, or expat?
I understand not posting the salary, but just making the above distinction is probably enough to help expats avoid wasting their time applying for a pitiful $1000/mo or less type of position.

Kev,
your job scope for the 1st position does seem quite a handful for any person especially a young khmer.

I would suggest outsourcing the work to a established marketing /activation agency, that has its own a creative team. (to satisfy your 2nd job requirement!)

by the way ,your PP vespa club is a great idea, wish you had set it up 3 years ago before I sold of my 1972 Italian 2 wheeler
