PEPY is seeking a genuine, creative, and dedicated Communications and Fundraising Manager to join us at our Kralanh Office in Siem Reap province, Cambodia. The Communications and Fundraising Manager will oversee all communications and fundraising strategies for the organization.

PEPY is an International Non-governmental Organization registered in the USA and Cambodia. PEPY (Promoting Education, emPowering Youth) envisions every young Cambodian empowered to achieve their dreams. The role

• Marketing, internal & external communications, annual giving and all fundraising initiatives.

• Optimizing the PEPY's website and social media presence, and capitalizing on opportunities for online fundraising.

• Solicitation of major and planned gifts, including cultivation and stewardship for all donors.

• Developing and managing all PEPY and third party fundraising and stewardship events, and managing relationships associated with those events.

• Monitoring the financial oversight of the whole organization working with the Finance Manager to ensure that all documentation and reporting is properly controlled, expenses are in line, and on-going funding is secure.

• Management and oversight of the Communications Team ensuring that all deadlines and team goals are met.

• The role is accountable and reports directly to the Executive Director.
