Posting the following on behalf of a colleague:

Does anyone know of a British social worker who has been qualified for at least 3 years and who is registered as a social worker in the UK? The person could be working or volunteering in Cambodia on a long or short-term basis. S/he could also be here on holiday, or maybe someone you know of is planning a visit here?
