Bambou Company Indochine is looking for a General Manager to take our growing business to the next level.
Bambou is a dynamic, expat owned company and have now 4 boutiques in Cambodia and well represented in Hotels boutiques, selling quality and original designed T-shirt and resort wear for men, women and children.
Profile;
Male/female.
Expat with excellent English, another language will be appreciated.
Honest, friendly, independent, positive, dynamic with a can-do attitude.
Must have experience in running a business/NGO/Manager in Cambodia, in retail/hospitality/travel agency/accounting.
Accounting and stock management knowledge.
Demonstrated experience with multiple software/technology and social media.
Must be able to manage local staff in different locations.
Must be committed for the next 2/3 years, if not please don’t apply.
Responsibilities;
Manage 4 Bambou boutiques (2 in Siem Reap, 2 in Phnom Penh; last one just opened at PP international airport); day to day operation, purchasing, accounting, staff management, sales, communication.
Maximize the revenue opportunities and develop the brand.
Manage, train and develop the local team.
Represent the owner and Bambou image.
Supervising accounting on a daily basis, producing appropriate reports from our integrated POS & accounting/purchasing system.
Manage and analyse the stock and movement.
Propose improvement and sale and marketing plan.
Based in Siem Reap with regular trips to Phnom Penh, starting date asap.
