Job Description

Enter all expenses in our system in a proper matter.

Report issue to the General Manager and propose action to solve it.

Set up fix expenses in the budget to have a proper forecast

Develop a budget with the General Manager

Manage the cash flow, payable and receivable under the direction of the General Manager & Office Manager

Regular banking according to the business needs

Perform monthly stock take & check with the system inventory for all boutiques/POS

Purchase order in the system

Supervise the Stock Controler

Receiving order in the system, witht the stock controler

Analyse stock and movement with the General Manager

Send the company reports to Management, suppliers and partners

Perfect Knowledge of computing

Perfect knowledge of accounting software such as Quick Book (Better if it is Conical Hat knowledge)

English must be very good

Already have an experience as accountant
