The Angkor Photo Festival & Workshops is hiring! Be a part of the team which brings to life Southeast Asia’s longest-running international photography event. We are looking for a full-time partnership development and fundraising manager to join us in Siem Reap.

A highlight on the Asian arts calendar, the annual Angkor Photo Festival & Workshps is a non-profit arts event aimed at being a free international platform and educational resource for established and emerging photographers. Our organisation remains strongly committed to nurturing and promoting young Asian talent, and encouraging the development of photography in the region.

The position’s responsibilities include:

• Identifying and attracting partnership and funding opportunities in Cambodia and Asia, including Foundation and Corporate Partnerships, Public Funding and individual donors.
• Setting target goals and implementing strategies to reach the budgetary goals of the organization.
• Assist in the monitoring of donations, grants and other funding by producing regular reports
• Building and strengthening existing partner relations
• Coordinating communications with donors and partners in collaboration with our communications manager

We are looking for someone who has:

• Prior experience in a related field
• Excellent written and verbal skills for effective communication and the ability to facilitate small and large presentations
• Computer skills, proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Self-driven with excellent organizational skills
