Adventure Learning Project Trainer/Manager with Adventist Development and Relief Agency Cambodia

The Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) Cambodia is seeking a Cambodian national to fill the position of Adventure Learning (JamBok Hoas JBH) Project (or Assistant Project ) Manager in Rovieng district of Preah Vihear province.

Duties
The Duties for the position include:
Coordinate the JBH project team members and lead out in training activities.
Network and Market the JBH program and arrange for all participating groups.
Manage project the JBH site and financial plans and resources.
Take a leading role in the ongoing development of the JBH Behaviour Change Strategies.
Liaise with local and national authorities and stakeholders.

Essential Requirements
The Essential Requirements for the position are:
Be self motivated – able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Quickly learn Adventure Learning methodologies, new ideas, and concepts.
Have participatory/experiential teaching and training skills.
Be comfortable with living in “nature”, physically active, and willing to live at remote JBH program site on a regular basis with some travel to Phnom Penh or other locations.
Have basic computer skills (WORD, EXCEL, email, internet).
Be an effective motivational communicator with marketing abilities.
Be able to communicate in English both written and spoken (preferred).
