Administrative and Finance Officer with The NGOs Committee on CEDAW

The NGOs Committee on CEDAW is a network of various agencies that currently made up of 68 organizations/associations as members and was created in 1995 with a goal to monitor and to promote the enforcement of the government’s implementation of the Convention on the Elimination of all forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW) to be more effective and develop shadow report to UN every four years.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Prepare monthly budget provision.
* Prepare all the financial reports.
* Maintain the process for Payment of accounts.
* Act as the main budget contact for specific departments, assisting with the setting and monitoring of those budgets.
* Maintain a good filing system of personnel documents and all program related documents;
* Prepare requisition and procurement of office supplies, services and equipments locally and maintain up-to-date inventory records;
* Go to the bank to withdraw transfer and deposit fund
* Prepare all documents for auditing firm
* Draft contracts for staffs, volunteers and consultants;
* Arrange logistic for meetings/workshops with Government ministries and agencies, donors, and other partners projects and organizations;
* Prepare payment voucher paperwork for petty cash;
* Provide all administrative support to the whole program and perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

* Minimum bachelors degree in accounting and finance or related fields
* Minimum 2 years experience in financial management
* Excellent command of written and spoken English
* Very good computer skills (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Quick Books skills)
* Good command of administrative work
* Must have strong and confident personality and honesty
* Be able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines

Salary: 400 USD per month up to 5% potential annual merit increase, plus Medical Allowance $120/year, telephone card $10/month and 50% of monthly salary for Khmer New Year Bonus and 50% of monthly salary for Pchum Ben Bonus.
