We are about to leave Cambodia and have an Electric Moto that we need to find a good home for! Everything is in great condition and its still under warranty, and it has a brand new battery. I have been riding around on it throughout Phnom Penh over the last 5 months, its easy to ride and maneuver and no petrol costs! You just charge through the night (hardly uses any electricity, we found no difference in our monthly power bill) and you are ready to go in the morning! $ 280 Incl. charger and 2 helmets. Yip the place is not far away from where we live on Sihanouk, its called P I T motorcycle and they quoted us $120 but Im sure you can bargain them down to $100 or so.
